为了在低带宽信道中实时地传输B超视频图像 ,本文提出了积累式压缩与传输算法。该算法把图像的压缩、传输和机器的处理性能有效地结合起来 ,其编码器仅对视频中高层次信息进行编码 ,最终输出的信息量不但能够刻画视频中的主要变化信息 ,而且不会超出CPU的处理能力 ,同时也不会超过传输信道的承受能力。最终 ,该算法能够充分利用信道的带宽和机器的处理能力 ,即使在较低速率通讯线路上 ,仍能够实现B超视频的实时传输
In order to transmit B-video in real-time in low-bandwidth channels, this paper presents an algorithm of accumulative compression and transmission. The algorithm effectively combines image compression and transmission with the processing performance of the machine. The encoder only encodes the high-level information in the video, and the final output information not only can describe the main change information in the video, but also does not exceed CPU processing power, but also will not exceed the capacity of the transmission channel. In the end, the algorithm takes full advantage of the channel bandwidth and processing power of the machine, enabling real-time transmission of B-video even on lower-rate communication lines
