[目的]了解某院法定报告传染病的流行病学特点。[方法]对该院2005年1月～2010年12月接诊的15503例传染病病例进行统计分析。[结果]15503例传染病中血源及性传播疾病5030例,占32.45%;呼吸道传染病4183例,占26.98%;肠道传染病4625例,占29.83%,虫媒及自然病源性传染病90例,占0.58%,其他传染病1575例,占10.16%。[结论]乙肝;肺结核;手足口病是主要报告病种
[Objective] To understand the epidemiological characteristics of statutory reported infectious diseases in a hospital. [Methods] A total of 15,503 cases of infectious diseases admitted from January 2005 to December 2010 in our hospital were analyzed statistically. [Results] There were 5,030 cases of blood-borne and sexually transmitted diseases in 15,503 cases of infectious diseases, accounting for 32.45%; 4183 cases of respiratory infectious diseases, accounting for 26.98%; 4625 cases of intestinal infectious diseases, accounting for 29.83% 90 cases, accounting for 0.58%, 1575 other infectious diseases, accounting for 10.16%. [Conclusion] Hepatitis B, tuberculosis and hand-foot-mouth disease are the main reported diseases
