随着我国农村基础设施建设的深入,近年来,我国农村公路建设也呈现出持续增长的势头。然而,我国的农村公路建设却存在着施工质量差、养护模式粗放、忽视路面使用者成本等诸多问题,制约了农村公路本应发挥的效应,出现了农村公路的投资与效益极其不对等的现象。本文从以上问题出发,引入“全寿命周期成本”概念,从全寿命周期成本出发,将全寿命周期成本应用到农村公路建设中,并进一步提出了解决我国当前农村公路所面临问题的方法与对策,希望能对我国今后的农村公路建设提供有益的帮助。
With the deepening of infrastructure construction in rural areas in our country, in recent years, the construction of rural roads in our country also shows the momentum of continued growth. However, there are many problems in rural road construction in our country, such as poor construction quality, extensive maintenance mode and ignoring the cost of road users, which restrict the rural highway should have its own effect and the phenomenon that the investment and benefits of rural roads are extremely unequal . Based on the above problems, this paper introduces the concept of “life-cycle cost”, and from the life-cycle cost, applies the life-cycle cost to the construction of rural roads, and puts forward some solutions to the problems that the current rural roads in our country face And countermeasures, hoping to provide useful help for the future construction of rural roads in our country.
