近年来,高密三中(又名“康成中学”)秉持“让每个学生都获得成功”的理念,发掘校本资源,从学生管理、科技创新教育、传承民间艺术等方而选准创新点,打造鲜明的办学特色,为学生成长搭建了多元舞台。推行班级星级管理模式。学校依据《中学生行为规范》和学校的《德育纲要》设置了勤奋学习、遵规守纪、文明礼仪、自理自立、个性特长5个星标,共40个指标。建立起组织、指导、评价、激励的管理运行机制,引导学生个体和班集体开展星级创建活动。学生由被动接受管理转变为自主管理、自我完善。
