本文旨在通过哮喘豚鼠模型,观察哮喘发作时,支气管肺泡灌洗液内一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)和TNF水平的变化,以期从免疫学角度探讨哮喘发病机理。
This article aims to observe the changes of nitric oxide (NO), endothelin-1 (ET-1) and TNF in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in asthmatic guinea pig models in order to explore the pathogenesis of asthma from immunological point of view .
