去年１２月，国家经贸委企业监督司的同志就建立企业国有资产监督管理体系问题，到广东的广州、肇庆、中山和江门等市及一些国有大中型工业企业进行了实地调查。了解到广东省各级经委不仅在加强企业国有资产监管方面先行一步，而且对国有大中型工业企业３年改革与脱困有新的举措。现将调查报告摘要刊登，以供各地参考借鉴。
In December last year, Comrades from the Department of Enterprise Supervision of the State Economic and Trade Commission established a field investigation of the state-owned assets supervision and management system of enterprises, and conducted field investigations in Guangzhou, Zhaoqing, Zhongshan, Jiangmen and other state-owned large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Guangdong. It was learned that the Guangdong Provincial Economic Commissions at all levels not only took the first step in strengthening the supervision of state-owned assets of enterprises, but also had new measures for reforming state-owned large and medium-sized industrial enterprises and lifting them out of difficulties for three years. The summary of the investigation report is now published for reference by local governments.
