介绍了出口澳大利亚C37型漏斗车车体有限元分析模型、载荷工况和结果。利用有限元分析模型,参照北美铁路协会AAR标准,对枕梁和牵引梁交接部位进行了疲劳计算分析。分析证明,车体能满足相关标准与技术协议的要求。
This paper introduces the finite element analysis model, load condition and result of exported C37 hopper car body exported to Australia. Using the finite element analysis model and referring to AAR standard of North American Railway Association, the fatigue analysis of the intersection of the bolster and the traction beam was carried out. Analysis shows that the body can meet the requirements of the relevant standards and technical agreements.
