针对目前油田常用的4种泥浆添加剂(FA-367,XY-27,PAM,CMC),在蒸馏水和泥浆中分别加入单一添加剂和复合添加剂后进行化学需氧量(COD)测定,发现不同泥浆添加剂对COD的影响不同。将影响较小的FA-367和XY-27加到给定的钻井污水中配成不同COD的水样进行两次混凝处理,表明不同剂量的单一或复合添加剂产生的COD不同,污水处理结果也不一样,当添加剂加量过高或使用对COD影响大的添加剂时,虽能满足生产需要,但同时却使钻井污水中COD大幅度增加,给施工现场环境造成了较大的危害,也给污水处理工作带来了困难.因此,在钻井泥浆中加入添加剂时一定要慎重.
