目前沥青摊铺机主要是利用双泵双马达的驱动的带动的一种液压系统,主要是以电子计算机为核心的恒速运动的控制,能够减少道路施工过程中摊铺机内部各个系统发生的结构变化、负载以及送料不均的现象,通过恒速控制减少以上诸多因素对于施工的影响。通过摊铺机的恒速控制,不仅能够保证摊铺的平整与紧密,还能够大大提升摊铺质量。摊铺机速度的控制技术是行驶控制技术应用的核心部分,同时,摊铺机具有智能化的特点,通过智能监管与检测,对故障进行预防,提前对故障进行分析及反馈,提高了质量与安全。随着控制技术的不断提高,使摊铺机控制技术逐渐走向集成化与智能化的发展趋势,在我国道路建设中发挥重要的作用。
