分销领域一直是我国书业关注的焦点,2 0 0 3年5月1日开始施行的《外商投资图书、报纸、期刊分销管理办法》、9月1日开始施行的《出版物市场管理规定》都给书业的分销变革注入了强化剂,“渠道为王”的理念已逐渐在国有、民营、外资等多元竞争的出版物分销市场中形成,书业真正的商战将突破产品领域而回归到渠道上来。加强出版物流通渠道建设需要更为先进、合理的经营管理理念,发达国家在渠道建设方面有着先进的模式和理念,值得我们借鉴。为此,本刊组织了对中外图书流通渠道进行比较分析的几篇稿件,希望能对我国正在进行的出版物流通体制改革有所启示和帮助
