探讨了由用力深吸气量-时间曲线(FIC-t曲线)测定最大吸气流量(V(imax))与用力深吸气量(FIC)的方法,并对35例肺通气功能正常者和89例慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者进行了V(imax)与FIC的测定,同时用改良Black法由功能残气(FRC)位测定最大吸气口腔压(MIP)。结果表明:V(imax)、FIC无论在正常组或COPD组均与MIP显著相关,二者于两组间均存在显著性差异,旦随着COPD病情加重而降低。因此,作者认为V(imax)、FIC可作为评价吸气肌力的临床指标。
The method of measuring the maximum inspiratory flow (V (imax)) and forced inspiratory capacity (FIC) by force-depth inspiration-time curve (FIC-t curve) Eighty-nine patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) underwent Vmax (imax) and FIC, and maximal inspiratory pressure (MIP) was determined by functional blackness (FRC) using modified Black’s method. The results showed that V (imax) and FIC were significantly correlated with MIP both in normal group and in COPD group, both of which had significant difference between the two groups and were decreased with the exacerbation of COPD. Therefore, the authors believe that V (imax), FIC can be used as clinical indicators to evaluate inspiratory muscle strength.
