本文指出目前在确定光栅付间隙值时所用方法中的不足;讨论分析了确定光栅付间隙的依据及其测定方法;并在测定光栅信号质量及细分精度的基础上,推荐了25、50、100线/mm三种光栅的工作间隙区段,供实际工作的参考。
This paper points out the shortcomings of the methods used in the determination of the grating clearance value. The basis and method of determining the grating clearance are discussed and discussed. Based on the determination of grating signal quality and subdivision accuracy, 25, 50, 100 lines / mm three kinds of grating work gap section for practical reference.
