通过金属醇盐水解制备了纳米TiO2 颗粒 ,用XRD、TEM、ICP等方法进行了分析与表征 ,给出了相关的工艺参数。实验结果表明 ,通过控制溶液的pH值和水解用水量 ,可得到不同粒度分布的纳米颗粒
The nano-TiO2 particles were prepared by hydrolysis of metal alkoxide. The properties of the nano-TiO2 particles were analyzed and characterized by XRD, TEM and ICP. The relevant process parameters were given. The experimental results show that by controlling the pH value of the solution and the amount of water used for hydrolysis, nanoparticles of different particle size distribution can be obtained
