1 试验过程和结果从高炉炉顶加入粒煤,可缓和进一步增大喷煤量的矛盾,对于小高炉则可以较少的投资实现以煤代焦。对此作者已在《炼铁》1997年第三期“从炉顶加入粒煤的设想”一文中做了详细的论述。为确保高炉加粒煤的效果,工业试验前,在东北大学进行了使用煤的基本性能测定。在实验数据的基础上,选出了适于高炉使用的煤种,并进行了各因素影响的条件实验,为工业试验提供了有用的参考。预备试验于1997年7月在张店钢铁厂
1 Test Process and Results The addition of granulated coal from the top of the blast furnace can ease the contradiction of further increasing the amount of coal injected. For small blast furnaces, coal can be coke-on-coal with less investment. In this regard, the author has made a detailed discussion in “Ironmaking”, the third issue of 1997, “The Idea of Addition of Granular Coal from the Top of the Roof”. In order to ensure the effect of blast furnace plus pellet coal, the basic performance measurement of coal was conducted at Northeastern University prior to the industrial test. Based on the experimental data, coal suitable for blast furnace is selected, and the conditions of various factors are tested, which provides a useful reference for industrial experiments.
