目的研究脑星形细胞瘤增殖活性,探讨PCNA-LI、AgNOR计数与肿瘤恶性程度和病理学分级的关系。方法应用PCNA免疫组化染色和AgNOR染色测定50例脑星形细胞瘤的PCNA-LI和AgNOR计数。结果Ⅰ~Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤的PCNA-LI分别为28.6±13.75%,45.75±22.14%,64.38±19.17%和83.70±6.99%,各级之间存在显著差别;AgNOR计数分别为141.52±20.69,158.44±28.00,187.38±27.71,225.2±36.53,Ⅰ~Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级及Ⅲ级与Ⅳ级相比均有显著差别。结论PCNA-LI是评估星形细胞瘤增殖活性的良好指标。AgNOR染色简便、快速,AgNOR计数大于200,显示星形细胞瘤的恶性特征
Objective To study the proliferative activity of brain astrocytoma and investigate the relationship between the PCNA-LI and AgNOR counts and the degree of malignancy and pathological grade. Methods PCNA immunohistochemical staining and AgNOR staining were used to determine the PCNA-LI and AgNOR counts in 50 cases of astrocytomas. Results The PCNA-LI of grade I-IV astrocytomas were 28.6±13.75%, 45.75±22.14%, 64.38±19.17% and 83.70±6.99%, respectively. There were significant differences between levels; AgNOR counts were 141.52±20.69, 158.44±28.00, 187.38±27.71, and 225.2±36.53, respectively. Grades III, IV, and III are significantly different from grade IV. Conclusion PCNA-LI is a good indicator for assessing the proliferation of astrocytoma. AgNOR staining is simple and rapid, AgNOR count is greater than 200, showing the malignant characteristics of astrocytoma
