本文利用纵波及横波的声速改变与平面应力状态主应力和及主应力差成比例的原理,对热套圆盘预制的平面应力场进行了声弹性试验应力分析。并将试验结果与理论计算结果作了比较,同时还针对声弹性法目前存在的主要问题提出了改进意见。
In this paper, the acoustic stress analysis of the prestressed plane stress field of the thermowells is carried out by using the principle that the velocity changes of the longitudinal and transverse waves are proportional to the principal stress and the principal stress difference of the plane stress state. The results of the experiment are compared with those of the theoretical calculation. At the same time, some suggestions are put forward for the main problems existing in the acoustic elasticity method.
