宽带可调谐准分子激光源,是电子束泵浦的双原子和三原子稀有气体卤化物通过束缚-自由跃迁产生的.最近,已在XeF(C→A)、Xe_2Cl和Kr_2F三种激活介质的准分子激光器中观察到了激光作用.本文在介绍了它的发展情况之后,着重介绍了纵向电子束泵浦的XeF(C→A)准分子激光器.利用这种激光器可获得从455毫微米到529毫微米的宽带可调谐范围,以及1毫微米的频谱线宽.最后,本文还报道了Xe_2Cl激光器的实验情况.
A broadband tunable excimer laser source is generated by the binding-free transition of electron-beam-pumped diatomic and triatomic rare gas halides that has been recently developed in three activation media of XeF (C → A), Xe_2Cl and Kr_2F The laser effect was observed in the excimer laser.After introducing its development, the paper mainly introduced the longitudinal electron beam pumped XeF (C → A) excimer laser, which can obtain the laser beam from 455 nm to 529 A tunable range of nanosecond broadband, and a spectral linewidth of 1 nanometer.Finally, we also report the experiment of Xe_2Cl laser.
