Corporate culture is a new management science. It is generally believed that it is the product of European and American business management experts and scholars who study and summarize the experience of Japan’s postwar economic rise. After the Second World War, Japan’s national economy was severely damaged. In 1945, the average annual income of the people was only 25 US dollars. However, they quickly healed the wounds of war and the economy grew at a rapid rate. In 1980, the gross national product reached US$10396 billion, and the average national income reached 8940 US dollars. Perplexed European and American experts, after investigation and study, confirmed that it was corporate culture that made Japan create a miracle. In the early 1980s, Harvard University professor Deere and others investigated nearly a hundred successful companies in the United States and wrote “Corporate Culture Theory - Customs and Etiquette for Business Survival.” They systematically proposed the theory of corporate culture. This book has become a classic book of corporate culture. 1982
