随着政府执政方式的转变以及公民媒介素养提升的双重驱动,政务新媒体越来越成为我国政府加强与民众互动交流、管理社会公共事务的重要手段。政务新媒体具有政府性和媒介性双重属性,政务新媒体的发展不仅是新时代构建良好政府形象的关键,也是媒介融合趋势下的必然。本文在对“平安北京”微博、微信发展概况的分析基础上,基于传播学视角对比分析了“平安北京”微博微信的传播情况,并指出了“平安北京”“两微”目前存在的问题与不足,最后对于我国“两微”构建政府形象提出相关建议。
With the change of government’s governing style and the dual drive of citizen’s media literacy, the new media of government affairs has increasingly become an important means for our government to strengthen interaction and exchange with the people and manage social and public affairs. The new government media has the dual nature of government and media. The development of new government media is not only the key to building a good government image in the new era, but also the inevitable under the trend of media convergence. Based on the analysis of the development of “Safe Beijing” Weibo and WeChat, this paper analyzes and compares the spread of Weibo WeChat from “Ping An Beijing” based on the perspective of Communication Studies, and points out that “ At present, we have some problems and shortcomings in ”Two Micro", and finally put forward relevant suggestions on how to build a government image in our country.
