目的:探讨脂降宁片治疗2型糖尿病高脂血症的疗效及对甘露聚糖结合凝集素(MBL)的影响。方法:将90例2型糖尿病高脂血症患者随机分为2组各45例。2组均采用生活方式干预,包括饮食、运动。对照组给予辛伐他汀,每次20 mg,每天1次。治疗组给予脂降宁片,每次4片,每天3次。疗程均为12周。检测治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG),餐后2 h血糖(P2hBG),糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),载脂蛋白A(ApoA)及载脂蛋白B(ApoB);并检测检测治疗前后MBL水平。结果:2组治疗后FBG、P2hBG及HbA1c均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),2组治疗后FBG、P2hBG、HbA1c比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组血清MBL水平上升,并高于对照组(P<0.01)。2组治疗后各项指标均较治疗前下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),2组治疗后LDL-C、ApoB、HDL-C和ApoA比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组降脂疗效比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脂降宁片对2型糖尿病高脂血症患者的脂代谢有较好的调节作用,并能上调患者MBL水平,从而有利于炎症的控制。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Zhijianning Tablets on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its effect on mannan-binding lectin (MBL). Methods: 90 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups of 45 cases. Both groups adopted lifestyle interventions, including diet and exercise. The control group was given simvastatin 20 mg once daily. The treatment group given Zhijinning tablets, 4 tablets each time, 3 times a day. The course of treatment is 12 weeks. (FBG), P2hBG, HbA1c, TC, TG, LDL-C, high density (HDL-C), apolipoprotein A (ApoA) and apolipoprotein B (ApoB). The levels of MBL before and after treatment were measured. Results: After treatment, FBG, P2hBG and HbA1c in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in FBG, P2hBG and HbA1c between the two groups after treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the level of serum MBL in treatment group increased and was higher than that in control group (P <0.01). After treatment, the indexes of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05, P <0.01). There was significant difference in LDL-C, ApoB, HDL-C and ApoA between the two groups after treatment . Two groups of lipid-lowering efficacy comparison, the treatment group than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Zhijinning tablet can regulate lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia and increase MBL level in patients with hyperlipidemia, which is beneficial to the control of inflammation.
