柱锤冲扩桩在建筑行业是一种广泛应用的地基处理技术,该方法具有夯击能高、成桩速度快、工程造价较低、处理效果显著等特点。通过选取代表性试验段,研究成桩过程中在不同单次填料数量、夯击次数、夯锤直径、夯击能等条件下,柱锤冲扩桩成桩效果。结合试验段各土层水文地质条件分析柱锤冲扩桩施工工艺与地质条件的关系,并提出完整的地基处理施工方案。
Column hammer hammering piles in the construction industry is a widely used foundation treatment technology, which has the characteristics of high tamping energy, rapid pile forming, low construction cost and remarkable treatment effect. By selecting the representative test section, the effect of piling hammer piles was studied under different conditions such as the number of single packing, the number of tamping, the diameter of tamper hammer, the energy of tamping and so on. Based on the hydrogeological conditions of each soil layer in the test section, the relationship between the construction technology of column hammer and the expanded pile and the geological conditions was analyzed and a complete construction program of foundation treatment was proposed.
