通过对内蒙古高职院校师资队伍绩效管理的研究,对绩效工资改革积极作用阐述的基础上,分析实施绩效工资管理实践中产生的问题,提出相应的对策以供决策者参考。
Based on the research on the performance management of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia and the positive role of performance pay reform, the problems arising in the practice of performance pay management are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for decision makers’ reference.
