影响焊接质量的因素有:焊条直径、焊接电流、焊接速度和电弧长度等。 1.焊条直径主要根据被焊工件的厚度来选择,农机具修造中常用的焊条直径为3~6毫米。平焊时应尽可能选择较粗的焊条,以提高焊接生产率,但对于多层焊,第一层应使用直径较小的焊条,以保证根部焊透。 2.焊接电流主要根据焊条直径选择,在平焊位置焊接低碳钢和低合金钢并采用3~6毫米的焊条时,可用下列经验公式估计焊接电流:
