在苏联高等学校,由学科教学向专业知识教学过渡这一现状,已成为当代社会发展阶段在培养专业人才方面进行改革的基本方向。如今,主要的注意力集中在个性的发展和个人创造能力方面。因此,教育被看作是发展个性的一种机制,而教学质量则根据大学生具备的知识、技能熟巧,以及能在何种程度上适应他们未来职业活动所提出的要求来评定。
The current situation of the transition from subject teaching to specialized knowledge teaching in higher education institutions in the Soviet Union has become the basic direction for the reform in training professional personnel in the current stage of social development. Today, the main focus is on personality development and personal creativity. Education is therefore seen as a mechanism for developing individuality, whereas the quality of teaching is assessed on the basis of the knowledge, skill and sophistication of undergraduates and the extent to which they can be adapted to their future professional activities.
