超导技术的应用日趋广泛。本文提供了一种在远红外发生器中采用的超低温无磁钢CR_2,该钢种奥氏体组织稳定,在降温到4.2K时不发生α′马氏体的相变,并具有很低的导磁率(μ=1.0012)和较高的强度及良好的延性。强度较310S和25Mn-5Cr-1Ni钢为高而和21-6-9钢相当。综合性能较目前国内外广泛研究和应用的21-6-9,310S和25Mn-5Cr-1Ni钢的性能为佳。
The application of superconducting technology is increasingly widespread. This paper presents a cryogenic temperature-free magnetic steel CR_2 used in a far-infrared generator, which austenite structure is stable and does not undergo phase transformation of α ’martensite when cooled down to 4.2K and has a very low Magnetic permeability (μ = 1.0012) and high strength and good ductility. The strength is higher than that of 310S and 25Mn-5Cr-1Ni steels and 21-6-9 steels. The comprehensive performance is better than 21-6-9, 310S and 25Mn-5Cr-1Ni steel widely studied and applied at home and abroad.
