Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation on limb function and activities of daily living in patients with cerebrovascular disease. Methods A total of 225 patients with in-hospital cerebrovascular disease were selected and divided into observation group (120 cases) and control group (105 cases). Observation group in the traditional comprehensive treatment of cerebrovascular disease early interventional rehabilitation intervention, the control group without any rehabilitation. At the beginning of treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment, limb motor function (using FMA score method) and daily living activity (ADL) (using Barthel index) were evaluated once each. Results The recovery of limb motor function and daily living ability in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.01), and the incidence of secondary damage (5%) in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group (20%) . Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment can reduce the morbidity of patients with cerebrovascular disease and improve the activities of daily living.
