目的探讨绿茶对正常人24h尿液草酸含量的影响。方法 12名成年健康男性志愿者在正常饮食条件下成功留取两次24h尿液后开始饮用绿茶,持续饮用1周,在饮用绿茶的第6天和第7天留取24h尿液。应用离子色谱仪检测尿液和绿茶的草酸含量。结果志愿者饮用绿茶1周后24h尿液的草酸含量相比正常饮食时显著增加[(0.24±0.09)mmol/24hvs.(0.32±0.13)mmol/24h,P<0.05]。绿茶的草酸浓度为(44.76±0.22)mg/L。结论饮用绿茶会增加尿液中草酸含量,可能会增加草酸钙结石形成的风险。
Objective To investigate the effect of green tea on oxalic acid content of normal urine in 24 hours. Methods Twelve adult healthy male volunteers successfully took green tea twice a day for 24 hours under normal diet conditions and continued to drink for 1 week. Urinary 24 hours were collected on the 6th day and 7th day of green tea drinking. Determination of oxalic acid in urine and green tea by ion chromatography. Results The urine oxalic acid content of 24 hours after drinking green tea in volunteers increased significantly compared with the normal diet ([0.24 ± 0.09] mmol / 24h vs (0.32 ± 0.13) mmol / 24h, P <0.05] The oxalic acid concentration of green tea was (44.76 ± 0.22) mg / L. Conclusion Drinking green tea increases the oxalic acid content in urine and may increase the risk of calcium oxalate stones formation.
