十多年来,我们研制塑料门窗,经历了不断摸索,不断改进、完善的过程.1980年国家科委将开发硬质聚氯乙烯(PVC)塑料门窗的攻关课题下达给我院.当时我们的科技人员对塑料窗知之甚少.在此困难条件下,我们一方面查阅国外有关资料,查访国内有关单位,去国外学习考察,引进国外的挤出机组装设备.在国内有关单位的配合下,经过4年的艰苦努力,围绕着窗型设计、异型材断面设计、模具设计、异型材配方及挤出工艺;性能检测、成窗的组装、配套的橡塑密封条及五金件的开发、安装施工等关键技术进行了研究,建成了年产300t PVC异型材生产线及年产1.2万套窗组装线,并将制成的1000余樘塑料窗分别在北京、太原、杭州等地试用,普遍反映尚好,这是第一代塑料窗,虽然
