本文对差动电容传感器通常所采用的变压器电桥电路作了分析和简化。从简化的等效电路出发,推导了影响测量精度及其灵敏度和抗干扰能力的主要参数,提出了提高测量精度、灵敏度及其抗干扰能力的措施。据此,设计了一个简单电路,并分析了该电路的工作原理、屏蔽方法和参数选择原则。通过实际安装、调试实验,验证了该电路确能使差动电容传感器的灵敏度和抗干扰能力有明显提高,并且提高了其负载能力,满足了测量精度的要求。
This paper analyzes and simplifies the commonly used transformer bridge circuit of differential capacitance sensor. Based on the simplified equivalent circuit, the main parameters affecting the measurement accuracy, sensitivity and anti-interference ability are deduced. Measures to improve the measurement accuracy, sensitivity and anti-jamming capability are proposed. Based on this, a simple circuit is designed and the working principle, shielding method and parameter selection principle of the circuit are analyzed. Through the actual installation and commissioning experiments, it is verified that the circuit can obviously improve the sensitivity and anti-interference ability of the differential capacitive sensor, and improve the load capacity and meet the requirements of the measurement accuracy.
