分析了影响旋转机械运行状态的各种因素,就旋转机械故障诊断专家系统中知识库的建立及知识表达提出了一种建模方法,这种方法根据旋转机械的特点,把知识库中的故障征兆分为了5大类,13小类,100多个具体项。根据知识表示模型的网络传递算法,可以方便地进行知识库组织及维护。最后,列出了125MW汽轮发电机组知识库的实现方法。
Various factors that affect the operation status of rotating machinery are analyzed. A modeling method is put forward on the establishment and knowledge expression of knowledge base in rotating machinery fault diagnosis expert system. According to the characteristics of rotating machinery, this method puts the fault in knowledge base Symptoms were divided into five major categories, 13 sub-categories, more than 100 specific items. According to the knowledge representation model of network delivery algorithm, we can conveniently organize and maintain the knowledge base. Finally, the realization of 125MW turbogenerator knowledge base is listed.
