根据混合物溶液中各组分的扩散系数与该组分分子量有关这一物理性质,利用核磁共振中的脉冲梯度场技术,发展了一种二维扩散排序核磁共振谱(2DDOSY).这样无需对混合物溶液进行理化分离,就能得到扩散分离的核磁共振谱,从而方便对混合物溶液组分和结构进行研究.还讨论了DOSY谱分离混合物溶液各组分的分辨能力与各组分分子量的相对比例间的关系
According to the physics of the diffusion coefficient of each component in the mixture solution related to the molecular weight of the component, a two-dimensional diffusion-sorted nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (2DDOSY) was developed using pulsed gradient field technology in nuclear magnetic resonance. In this way, the NMR spectrum of diffusion separation can be obtained without physical and chemical separation of the mixture solution, so that the composition and structure of the mixture solution can be conveniently studied. The relationship between the resolving power of each component of the DOSY spectral separation mixture solution and the relative proportions of molecular weights of the components is also discussed
