为满足航空发动机压气机叶片振动监测的高温要求,设计了一种能够耐650℃高温的新型光纤式叶尖定时传感器.采用金属保护结构及涂覆高温胶技术提高了传感器探头的耐温性能.在此基础上,设计了一种模拟叶尖定时传感器高温工作环境的验证装置,对改进后的光纤式叶尖定时传感器进行了高温试验.试验结果表明,该型传感器能够耐受650℃工作环境,满足航空发动机高压压气机叶片振动参数监测的要求.
In order to meet the high temperature requirement of aero-engine compressor blade vibration monitoring, a novel optical fiber tip-tip sensor capable of withstanding a temperature of 650 ℃ was designed, and the temperature protection performance of the sensor probe was improved by adopting the metal protection structure and coating the high temperature glue technology. On this basis, a verification device simulating the working environment of the tip-tip sensor at high temperature was designed, and the improved fiber-optic tip-tip timing sensor was tested at high temperature.The experimental results show that the sensor can withstand 650 ℃ working environment , To meet the requirements of aeroengine high pressure compressor blade vibration parameter monitoring.
