CL—5709萃淋树脂是异烷基膦酸(1—甲基庚基)酯萃淋树脂,含5709 50%6。本文报导了该树脂在盐酸体系中对稀土元素的静态分配系数,并与偶氮胂Ⅰ螯合树脂作了比较。讨论了温度、树脂用量、振摇时间对吸附稀土百分率的影响。测定了树脂吸附稀土的饱和容量及树脂的含磷量,并由此确定树脂所含功能基对稀土的配位比。用红外光谱探讨了该萃淋树脂吸附稀土离子的机理。
CL-5709 extraction resin is isoalkyl phosphonic acid (1-methylheptyl) ester extraction resin, containing 570950% 6. In this paper, the static partition coefficient of rare earth elements in the system of hydrochloric acid was reported and compared with arsenazo Ⅰ chelating resin. The effects of temperature, amount of resin and shaking time on the percentage of rare earths adsorbed were discussed. The saturated capacity of rare earth adsorbed by resin and the phosphorus content of resin were determined, and the coordination number of the functional groups contained in the resin to rare earth was determined. The mechanism of adsorption of rare earth ions by the extraction resin was discussed by infrared spectroscopy.
