2017年10月12日,“中国蒸馏酒产业技术创新战略联盟”在北京宣告成立。中国酒业协会理事长王延才、副理事长兼秘书长宋书玉、科技部农村科技司巡视员王喆、江南大学副校长徐岩以及茅台、五粮液、汾酒和白酒生产主要省份的代表性白酒企业以及张裕白兰地公司、台湾中华酒业发展协进会等25家行业龙头企业的领导与专家参加会议。参加会议的还包括中国农业大学、西北农林科技大学等我国蒸馏酒教学的高等院校,以及中国科学院成都生物所、中科院天津工业生物技术研究所和中国食品发酵工业研究院等从事蒸馏酒研究的科研院所。
October 12, 2017, “China Distillery Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance” was announced in Beijing. China Wine Association Wang Yancai, vice chairman and secretary general of Song Shuyu, Ministry of Science and Technology Rural Science and Technology Inspectors Wang Zhe, Jiangnan University Vice President Xu Yan and Maotai, Wuliangye, Fen liquor and liquor production in major provinces of liquor companies and Changyu Brandy Corporation, Taiwan Chinese Wine Development Association and other 25 industry leaders and experts attended the meeting. The meeting also includes China Agricultural University, Northwest A & F University and other tertiary institutions of China’s distilled wine teaching, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Chengdu Institute of Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences Tianjin Institute of Industrial Biotechnology and China Fermentation Research Institute and other industries engaged in distillation of alcohol Research institutes.
