我们在两栋大模板高层公寓的结构工程施工阶段中,为了适应不同部位施工的需要,试制了几种不同形式的简易挂架子(图1、2)。施工实践证明,采用简易外挂架,可以节省大量杉槁架木和钢管扣件,节省劳动力,减轻体力劳动,并且有利于安全生产。两栋高层公寓建筑面积均为10,000平方米,层高为3.2米,全高分别为14层及16层。建筑物内墙为大模板现浇混凝土,外墙为预制挂板,沿街外墙面采用马赛克饰面,楼板为预应力整间大楼板。在施工过程中为
During the construction phase of the two large formwork high-rise apartment buildings, we have trial-produced several different forms of simple hanging racks (Figs. 1 and 2) in order to meet the needs of different parts of the construction. The construction practice has proved that the use of a simple external rack can save a large amount of cedar frame and steel pipe fasteners, save labor, reduce physical labor, and facilitate safe production. The two high-rise apartments have a total area of 10,000 square meters, a height of 3.2 meters and a total height of 14 floors and 16 floors respectively.
