目的描述本三学生和本一学生在心理健康状况上的差异,提出相关的教育建议。方法通过自制问卷对本一和本三学生心理健康状况进行调查,做对比分析和整体分析。结果本三学生在负性情绪,就业压力,恋爱压力等方面大于本一学生;在学习适应和生活适应方面比本一学生差。结论学习、就业、人际是困扰所有学生的三大问题;本三学生心理健康教育更需要加强;两群体学生都需要加强情绪管理教育。
Objective To describe the differences between the three students and the first students in their mental health status and to put forward relevant educational suggestions. Methods Self-made questionnaires were used to investigate the mental health status of the first and third students so that they could be compared and analyzed as a whole. Results The three students in the negative emotions, employment pressure, stress and other aspects of love more than the first student; in learning adaptation and life adaptation than the poor students. Conclusions Learning, employment and interpersonal are the three major problems plaguing all students. The mental health education of these three students needs to be strengthened. Both groups of students need to strengthen their emotional management education.
