高职院校在内涵发展过程中,存在着师资结构不合理、办学经费短缺以及缺乏领军人物等瓶颈问题,只有突破发展中的瓶颈问题,才能实现高职院校的可持续发展。通过宁波职业技术学院可持续发展的实践,认为做好学院中长期发展规划、构建学院新的发展形态、创新办学体制、搭建服务平台、校企携手共建“双师结构”的教学团队等举措是高职院校实现可持续发展的必然选择。
In the connotation development of higher vocational colleges, there are some bottlenecks such as unreasonable teacher structure, shortage of running education funds and lack of leading figures. Only by breaking the bottleneck in development can we realize the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
