电路或电子器件噪声的研究需要有高灵敏度、高可靠性、快速方便的测量系统。在微型计算机问世以前,测噪声系统是模拟方式进行的,用模拟设备测量噪声其缺点是速度慢,误差大,尤其难于准确测出低频噪声谱,因而给噪声的深入研究带来了很大限制。国际上80年代发展起来的计算机数字测噪系统是研究电噪声的理想实验工具,利用这种先进的测噪系统,国外一些实验室已陆续获得一些很好的研究结果。
Research on the noise of circuits or electronics requires high-sensitivity, high-reliability, fast and easy measurement systems. Before the advent of microcomputers, the noise-measuring system was simulated. The disadvantage of using analog equipment to measure noise was its slow speed and large error. In particular, it was difficult to accurately measure the low-frequency noise spectrum, which brought great limitations to the in-depth study of noise . Computer digital noise measurement system developed internationally in the 1980s is an ideal experimental tool for studying electrical noise. Some advanced laboratories in foreign countries have obtained some good research results by using this advanced noise measurement system.
