在业务“多”样性的客观要求下,特别是由于核电工程的特殊性和复杂性,公司必须构建高效和强大的后台合同管理部门,统一管理和规划公司各类合同管理。结合公司当前业务特点,使用5W1H分析法,针对性地分析和梳理了公司合同部门职责、合同类别、合同管理程序体系、日常性工作流程等,明确了工作改进方向,有效提升了管理效率和业务能力。
Under the objective of business “more ”, especially because of the particularity and complexity of nuclear power projects, the company must build an efficient and powerful back-end contract management department to manage and plan all kinds of contract management in a unified way. Combining with the current business characteristics of the Company, using 5W1H analysis method, the Company analyzed and sorted out the responsibilities, contract types, contract management procedure system and routine work flow of the Company’s contract department in a targeted manner and clarified the direction of work improvement so as to effectively improve management efficiency and business ability.
