目的:了解中国麻风患者牙列缺损及牙列缺失情况。方法:在江苏省、陕西省和湖南省6个麻风村抽取613例麻风患者,检查记录所有受检者缺牙情况。结果:缺牙率高达90.4%。结论:麻风患者缺牙率较高,医务人员应重视麻风患者的口腔健康。 Objective: To understand the dentition defect and dentition defect in Chinese leprosy patients. Methods: 613 leprosy patients were collected from 6 leprosy villages in Jiangsu Province, Shaanxi Province and Hunan Province. All subjects were examined for edentulousness. Results: The rate of missing teeth was as high as 90.4%. Conclusion: The rate of tooth loss in leprosy patients is high. Medical staff should pay attention to the oral health of patients with leprosy.
