研究了新型驱动器散热器的散热性能,给出了基于微单元时变热交换系数的散热器三维流场及温度场数值求解方法,对散热器三维温度场进行了分析及计算。对比实验结果与数值计算结果表明:采用本方法求解散热器散热性能较热边界平均换热系数法具有更高的精度。以此为基础,通过对散热器的结构优化,可显著改善散热器的散热性能。
The heat dissipation performance of a new type of driver radiator is studied. The numerical solution of the three-dimensional flow field and temperature field of the radiator based on the time-varying heat exchange coefficient is given. The three-dimensional temperature field of the radiator is analyzed and calculated. The experimental results and numerical results show that this method is more accurate than the average heat transfer coefficient method for heat dissipation performance of radiator. Based on this, through the structural optimization of the radiator, can significantly improve the heat sink cooling performance.
