从我国高新技术产业的发展和趋势看,科技型中小企业的作用日渐显著。然而,科技型中小企业面临的外部融资困难问题在一定程度上正阻碍着其健康、快速发展。科技型中小企业技术创新基金的申请及发放的实施情况受到了高度关注。本文对我国高新技术产业领域内具有较高代表性的中关村示范区中626家科技型中小企业申请创新基金的情况及企业的基本状况和财务状况进行了分析,研究了中关村示范区企业获得创新基金支持的要素,以期为面临融资困难的同类企业提供参考,同时为相关政策的制定和完善构建理论基础。
From the development and trend of high-tech industries in our country, the role of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises has become increasingly prominent. However, the problems of external financing difficulties facing SMEs are to a certain extent impeded their healthy and rapid development. The implementation of the application and issuance of technology-based SME technological innovation funds has received a great deal of attention. This paper analyzes the situation of applying for innovation fund of 626 science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhongguancun demonstration area with high representativeness in our country’s high-tech industry field and the basic conditions and financial status of the enterprise, and studies the innovation fund of enterprises in Zhongguancun demonstration area Supporting elements to provide reference for similar enterprises facing financing difficulties and at the same time to establish the theoretical basis for the formulation and improvement of related policies.
