薪酬管理如今已经发展成为企业人力资源管理的一个重要内容,直接影响员工的工作积极性,进而影响整个企业的经济效益。企业管理层应认识到薪酬管理的重要性,然后设计出合理的薪酬制度,充分发挥人力资源管理的作用,实现企业的经营目标。文章分析了人力资源管理中薪酬管理的内涵,并总结出企业日常薪酬管理中的问题,最后提出相应的解决对策,旨在提高企业薪酬管理水平。
Salary management has now developed into an important part of human resources management in an enterprise, which directly affects the enthusiasm of employees and further affects the economic benefits of the entire enterprise. Business management should recognize the importance of pay management, and then design a reasonable pay system, give full play to the role of human resources management, business goals. The article analyzes the connotation of salary management in human resource management and summarizes the problems in the daily salary management of the enterprise. Finally, it puts forward corresponding solutions to improve the salary management of enterprises.
