金属罐是贮水常用的容器.而金属腐蚀是普遍的、大量的.腐蚀与防护科学是本世纪30年代发展起来的一门综合性学科.大庆油田目前已有各种容器6000多座,1997年因腐蚀改造更新的费用高达14573万元,而因腐蚀造成的停产等间接性损失更是惊人.由黑龙江省庆达水利水电工程公司承建的,大庆石油管理局采油二厂南四污水站改造工程就是以防腐改造为主,站内容积在200m~3～2000m~3之间的滤罐、油罐、除油罐及水罐腐蚀、老化严重,需要重新做内、外防腐,经过公司上下各工种协调施工,终于按工期圆满完成.现就施工过程中影响涂层性能的主要因素谈谈看法,愿供参考.
