This article studies the early effects of Yangzhou photoporphyrin on laser photosensitization of human cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CC-801) cultured in vitro. In the experimental group, 8 μg/ml and 16 μg/ml were applied to the cultured cells, respectively, and they were fixed and irradiated with different illumination time and duration of different action time. Transmission and scanning electron microscopy were performed.
