“能力本位”是目前职业学校强调的职业教育理念,然而中职学生对英语学科兴趣不强,职业情景英语口语能力薄弱,跟不上社会发展和经济快速发展要求的步伐。本文先提出和介绍实施“分层自选”模式的背景和理论基础,再从高层、中高层、中层、中低层、低层五个层次探讨“分层自选”评价模式的具体形式和实施内容,最后用初步获得的有效成果来证明通过改变评价模式可以达到促进学生学习英语的兴趣,同时提高学生职业口语表达能力和教师教学积极性等目的,最终实现培养中职学生具有今后在生活和工作中运用英语的能力。
“Competence-based” is the current concept of vocational education in vocational schools. However, students in secondary vocational schools have a lack of interest in English subjects and weak oral English in career scenarios. They can not keep up with the pace of social development and rapid economic development.
