随着北京市新课程改革的不断深入,教师队伍的整体素质迅速得到提升,教育观念注重以学生发展为中心,课堂教学实效性突出,这也意味着新课改取得了阶段性的成功。但在实施新的教育教学理念过程中也出现了很多问题和值得反思之处,对以往新课改成果的总结与反思是为了更好、更科学合理地推进新课程改革,那么总结经验教训变得尤为重要。本文围绕新观念、新实践、新思考这三个方面,来谈谈新课改理念认同、教师培训与新教学模式建构、不断反思来推进新课改等内容,全面总结新课改实施以来的成就、经验,深刻反思教学过程中的经验教训,浅要论述笔者对北京市实施新课改的几点体会。
With the constant deepening of the new curriculum reform in Beijing, the overall quality of the teaching staff has been rapidly improved. The educational concept has focused on the development of students and the effectiveness of classroom teaching has been outstanding. This also means that the new curriculum reform has achieved a phased success. However, in the process of implementing the new concept of education and teaching, there have also been many problems and areas worth reflecting on. The summary and reflection on the results of previous new curriculum reforms is to promote new curriculum reforms better and more scientifically and reasonably. It is particularly important. This article revolves around the new concepts, new practices, and new thinking, and talks about the new curriculum reform concept recognition, teacher training and the construction of new teaching models, and constantly reflecting on the promotion of new curriculum reforms, etc., and comprehensively sums up the new curriculum reform since implementation. Achievements, experiences, and profound reflections on the lessons learned in the teaching process. The author briefly discusses the author’s experience in implementing the new curriculum reform in Beijing.
