教师专业化发展一直是教育界关注的热点,但相关部门比较重视的是教师业务能力的提高,很少关注教师的从业精神。笔者认为,学校管理者不仅应该研究教师文化素质的合理结构,还需认真研究教师的职业情感、内心需求、从业精神。
The development of teachers’ professionalism has always been a focus of attention in the education field, but the relevant departments pay more attention to the improvement of teachers’ professional abilities and seldom pay attention to the professional spirit of teachers. The author believes that school administrators should not only study the reasonable structure of the teacher’s cultural quality, but also need to carefully study the professional emotions, inner needs, and professional spirit of the teachers.
