《幸福企业才是最好的企业》一书提到,评判企业是不是幸福企业,有5项指标:快乐工作,共同富裕,共同发展,受人尊敬,健康长寿。5项指标分值的高低决定着的企业幸福指数。书中称,最好的企业不是利润最大化,而是幸福最大化,因为幸福感才是企业终极的核心竞争力:幸福员工才能幸福老板,幸福企业才能幸福中国。湖南省环保企业永清集团用人力资源的工作实践证明,拥有幸福员工的企业才是好企业。
