第三脑室注射小剂量组胺对大鼠孤束核自发放电主要起抑制作用,较大剂量则起兴奋作用。第三脑室注射H_2受体阻断剂西米替丁不能阻断这种抑制作用和兴奋作用。而静脉注射H_1受体阻断剂苯海拉明可以完全阻断这种抑制作用及部分阻断兴奋作用。第三脑室注射纳洛酮也可以完全取消组胺的抑制作用。结果提示,第三脑室注射组胺对孤束核自发放电的抑制作用可能与中枢H_2受体无关,而与H_1受体及阿片受体有关;兴奋作用可能与H_2受体无关,而H_1受体可能参与作用,但不是主要作用。
The third ventricle injection of low-dose histamine on rat solitary bundle nucleus spontaneous discharge has a major inhibitory effect, the larger dose of excitement. The third intraventricular injection of H 2 receptor blocker cimetidine can not block this inhibitory effect and excitement. The intravenous infusion of H 1 receptor antagonist diphenhydramine completely blocked this inhibitory effect and partially blocked the excitatory effect. Third intraventricular injection of naloxone can also completely cancel the inhibitory effect of histamine. The results suggest that the inhibitory effect of histamine injection on the spontaneous electrical discharge of the nucleus tractus solitarius in the third ventricle may be related to the H 1 receptor and the opioid receptor but may not be related to the H 2 receptor, while the H 1 receptor May have a role, but not a major one.
